I got Tabitha when she was just a kitten. Threw the years she was all I had. We understood one another perfectly. Never need a clock as long as she was around. She had her own pillow in my bed. I would hand onto her tail so I could sleep. She would sleep right threw it. If it was past my bed time she would be sure to let me know. As she got sick I knew the time was coming that I would soon lose my friend. I took her to the vet but her time was near so of course I took her home to be with me in her finally time. I held her just wanting to hold her forever but I could see she was going blind plus she wanted to get down. With no strength to move she got off the bed where she went under right where I was laying and I found her the next morning passed. I have her buried under my bed room window where I always put flowers there to grow. I miss my Tabitha but I know she isn't in any pain now. |
