| Ingredients | 1 can salmon, drained ½ cup powdered skim milk 2 slices bread croutons 2 eggs, whipped ¼ cup celery, finely chopped ¼ cup shallot, finely chopped ½ teaspoon fennel 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon softened butter salt and pepper |
| Preparation | Put all the ingredients, except the butter in a bowl and mix well. Slowly incorporate the softened butter. Butter a 22,5 x 12,5 x 7,5 cm (9"x 5"x 3") oven-glass pan and pour in the mixture and flatten the surface. Oven bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Unmold with the aid of a spatula and serve with the dill sauce. |
Makes 4 servings, or 3 and one for kitty. |
