| Ingredients | 3 eggs 3 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons milk or yogurt 2 tablespoons alfalfa 1 teaspoon brewer’s yeast ½ teaspoon iodized salt 1 tablespoon margarine |
| Preparation | Mix all the ingredients except the margarine in a medium-sized bowl. Heat margarine in saucepan and add the egg mixture. Scramble the egg mixture until creamy texture. Let cool and serve. |
Makes 2 to 3 servings. Keep unused portions refrigerated in a plastic container. |
