Items Needed: string (quite long), catnip mouse (preferably freshly bought but an older one will do), bird feathers (easily fund in gardens and parks).
Step 1
Tie a very loose and basic knot (one that can be tightened) around the tail of the catnip mouse
Step 2
Place the bird feathers around the mouse's tail and then tighten the knot as hard as you can so as the mouse's tail and the feathers are in the one knot.
Step 3
You need to tie another knot (it can be complicated but a basic knot works) directly above the first basic knot. In the picture there are actually three knots in it because the second knot wasn't above the first. Three strengthens it even more.
NOTE: If your cat goes mad and pulls it apart it is easily assembled. |
